What is personal and professional coaching? Personal and Professional Coaching is a process for individuals seeking to increase their effectiveness, focus and motivation- or to get more out of life. If you are committed to living the life you want, coaching can be a powerful tool for you to create your future based upon what’s most important to you. We will engage you in discovering where you are and where you want to be based on your unique strengths, passion and talents. We will determine a strategy and a plan that honors your strengths and positions you for success. You will be asked to set goals and to achieve them. There will be field work between sessions. We work together
in 45-60
minute sessions, scheduled three times a month over a three month
period.
The monthly retainer covers all coaching sessions, including in-person
and telephone coaching, plus unlimited e-mails and short calls in
between
sessions. Coaching sessions are action oriented.
Are you in transition or ready to take on a new career or position? I coach with
individuals

development and practice interviewing. We explore career

Do you coach with business teams? I coach teams in the areas of communications, goal setting and team effectiveness. Team Communication and Effectiveness - This program is designed to increase team effectiveness through understanding and working with each team member’s style and preferences. This is a tailored program which includes half-day of team coaching on communication and effectiveness, plus individual coaching sessions for each team member. Team Leadership

A custom program of coaching for the leader that helps to clarify the
team’s
and leader’s roles and expectations leading to high team
performance.
There are three 45-60 minute sessions three times a month, plus
unlimited
e-mails and short calls in between, and a one hour coaching session
with
the leadership team every month.
“Coaching Skills
for the
Manager or Executive”-is a half-day program that introduces
executives
to an overview of basic coaching skills. In addition to learning
the basics of coaching, executives have an opportunity to work with and
apply coaching skills in a classroom experience. Executives can begin
to
apply coaching skills in real life situations and to become more
effective in developing their associates and achieving better results.

an executive
role as the Senior Vice President or top Human Resources leader for a
number
of companies. I bring more than twenty-five years of background and
experience
to consult with Executive and/or Human Resources leaders to create
strategies
for satisfied associates and productive workplaces. I can assist
in designing HR organizations and systems that work with and are
aligned
